You will be indicated and trained to work as a Junior Team Leader - Trainee in our BPO Operations.Your Job will consist of :
To assist team leader in Coordination of the BPO projects for our US clients.
Ensuring that all the members of the team are performing as per the standards.
Oversee the QC function of the project.
Provide training to new team members.
